Job Description

We are seeking a JuniorMid level Digital Transformation Business Analyst who has an ecommerce experience for an exciting role on a very special program (Upskill Today). You will be enlisted for 6 8 weeks learning during which you will learn concepts like Design Thinking Effective Communication new technology stacks used in the ecommerce project and a fullfledged technical training program on Business Analyst.The training needs to be undertaken full time but on work from home (WFH) basis. Following the completion of the training and a test you will be deployed to our software development project.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Experience as a business analyst for only 24 years preferably in digital transformation or ecommerce projects.
  • Solid understanding of business process modeling requirements elicitation and solution design methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with expertise in digital transformation initiatives and process optimization.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes and technology landscape and identify the gaps.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing IT operations and finance to define project objectives requirements and success criteria.
  • Develop detailed business requirements use cases and process flows to support the implementation of digital transformation on an endtoend basis.
