- Proven experience as a Michelin Star Chef or equivalent in a high-end restaurant.
- Exceptional culinary skills and creativity in menu development.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal culinary training and certifications are highly desirable.
