DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for Supervising the waiters /waitresses by ensuring prompt and efficiently high standards of service. Take Food & Beverage order, and repeat the order to the quest for clarification. Record orders accurately in the restaurant micros system, recording all appropriate instructions for the Kitchen Observe guest to respond to any additional needs, and keep guests informed at all times. Deliver Food and Beverage service in a timely manner to the guest and wait on Do a final check on the quality of food and beverage Items before they are served Check back after delivery of food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintains Restaurant appearance by pre-bussing, check drinks levels and clear table appropriately. Follow up on reservation and writing policy and procedures. Check all table, spotless and dean before seating guest. Handle all cash procedures according to the Concorde Hotel policy. check customer's bill for accuracy and presents bill for payment, Recelve and process payment accordingly l.e. cash/credit card.
