FinTech Senior Integration Developer

Responsibilities;

• Design and develop robust integration solutions using GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement seamless data integrations and real-time data streaming using Apache Kafka and other message queuing technologies.
• Ensure secure and reliable integration of FinTech applications with internal and external systems, including legacy systems and third-party APIs.
• Develop custom adapters and connectors to handle various data formats such as XML, JSON, and proprietary formats.
• Leverage IBM API Management or AWS API Gateway to centralize and manage the FinTech application's APIs.
• Optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring, logging, and error handling mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to understand integration requirements and design effective solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior integration developers, sharing best practices and ensuring code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest integration technologies, patterns, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the FinTech platform.
• Ensure integration solutions adhere to cybersecurity standards and implement appropriate security controls.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirments:

• Extensive experience in designing and developing integration solutions using GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient in working with message queuing systems such as Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, or RabbitMQ, and implementing reliable and scalable data integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of data formats, transformation, and mapping techniques, including XML, JSON, and custom formats.
• Familiarity with API management platforms like IBM API Management or AWS API Gateway, and experience in centralizing and securing API access.
• Hands-on experience in integrating FinTech applications with various internal and external systems, including legacy systems and third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience in implementing appropriate security controls for integration solutions.
• Proven track record of providing technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and driving continuous improvement in integration processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex integration issues.
• Familiarity with the Saudi FinTech ecosystem and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
