Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with clients to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their use of Releans' services.
  • Monitor account performance and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in the communication or technology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
