The Lawyer/Legal Specialist will provide expert legal advice and support across all areas of our business operations in the EU markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance managing contracts and mitigating legal risks. This role requires a thorough understanding of international law international contract law exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal advice on various matters including employment law international contract law corporate governance and compliance with international regulations.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the organizations interests are protected.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the organizations operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Litigation: Manage and oversee any legal disputes working closely with external legal counsel as necessary.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Training: Provide training and support to staff on legal matters and updates in legislation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and thirdparty companies to provide legal support and facilitate business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Master of Laws (LLM) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role preferably within an international context.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of international law and regulations.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in legal research and analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Proficiency in English.
