Job Description

This is a remote fulltime role with a USbased tech company. Your hours of employment will be from 6pm 2am (PKT). Strong English communication skills (oral and written) with an understanding of SEO / PPC are critical. This role is ideal for you if you have prior experience handling customers.

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers in the computer software industry. Your exceptional English communication and problemsolving skills will be essential in providing topnotch support and building strong relationships with our clients.

As a Customer Success Associate you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and to provide timely updates on any changes or enhancements to our software. Additionally you will play a crucial role in conducting product demonstrations training sessions and customer feedback collection to continuously improve our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers serving as their advocate within the company.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses via email phone or online chat.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to existing customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure customers are proficient in using our software.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining customer support processes and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide technical support as needed troubleshooting issues and collaborating with the product team to resolve any bugs or glitches.

SEO Organic Understanding:

  • Help customers understand the fundamentals of SEO organic growth.
  • Analyze and interpret SEO metrics to provide actionable insights to customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop effective SEO strategies tailored to their transportation businesses.

PPC Campaign Expertise

  • Assist customers in optimizing their Google AdWords campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving PPC campaign performance.
  • Educate customers on PPC best practices and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a customerfacing role ideally in the computer software industry.
  • Over 2 years of marketing experience across SEO and Social or Paid Advertising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Advanced problemsolving abilities to address complex customer issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams to achieve customer success.
