Graphic Designer

Pakistans leading Executive Search Firm Taraki is looking to hire a skilled Graphic Designer for its client a B2B SaaS company that helps streamline communication and simplify operational tasks.

About the Client: A SaaS company headquartered in Berlin providing small & mediumsized (SME) machine manufacturers and distributors with an aftersales service platform to digitize and monetize aftersales services.

About the Role: Were looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to bring visual impact to our SaaS businesss marketing and sales efforts. Youll be key in creating eyecatching visuals for our website social media and sales materials helping us attract and engage our audience while supporting our sales team.

Location: Karachi (4 days a week at the office 1 day remote)

Responsibilities:

• Design userfriendly and visually appealing website layouts

• Ensure visual consistency across all web pages aligned with brand guidelines
• Develop graphics for downloadable assets like ebooks white papers and case studies
• Create infographics to simplify and visually represent complex data
• Design graphics and banners for blog posts to enhance visual engagement

• Develop templates for recurring infographics to maintain brand consistency

• Create attractive mobilefriendly email templates

• Design custom graphics for email components such as headers footers

  and CTAs

• Produce digital advertisements for online platforms and social media

• Create print media designs for flyers posters and other promotional

  materials

• Design branded images and video thumbnails for social media use

• Develop a series of graphics for social media posts to boost engagement

  and shares
• Create professional PowerPoint templates and other visual aids for presentations
• Design visuals for webinars that help explain the products features and benefits
• Design sales kits including pitch decks brochures and product data sheets

• Create templates for case studies that can be used by the sales team

• Design interactive PDFs and digital brochures for distribution to prospects

• Create visual tools like configurators or interactive demos to showcase

  product capabilities

• Produce visuals for training manuals and internal training materials

• Design engaging graphics for internal presentations and educational videos

Qualifications:

• BA/BSc in Graphic Design or a similar field

• 3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer within B2B SaaS companies

• Solid understanding of digital marketing and sales

• Documented experience of B2B sales enablement material and designs that have been released to the market
• International experience is a plus

• Experience working with senior stakeholders clients functional leaders

  suppliers and within other multifunctional teams

• Proven track record of utilizing research insights to inform design decisions

  and directions.

• Fluent in English both written and spoken

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma and other design related

  softwares

Compensation & Benefits:

• Eurobased salary exempt from local taxation

• Standard probation time is 3 months

• Annual Vacation Days: 22 PTO 10 sick days all Berlin public holidays

• You will need to reserve 3 of your 22 vacation days for the time between Christmas & New Years Eve as the whole company is off then

• Additional bonus/variable compensation in place upon exceeding agreed

  targets

• No provision of laptops or other health benefits
