Senior Game Graphic Designer

Genesis IT Lab is looking for a skilled and creative Senior Game & Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning graphics including illustrations logos layouts and photos that enhance the visual appeal of our games and digital platforms. Your creative designs will be pivotal in shaping the visual narrative of our projects from websites to social media pages and beyond. We are looking for a designer who can captivate and engage our target audience through compelling visuals and effectively convey our brand message.

Job Responsibilities

• Interpret design briefs and determine project requirements.
  

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content for social media and the company s website.
  

• Conceptualize and develop visuals based on project specifications.
  

• Create rough drafts and present innovative ideas.
  

• Design illustrations logos and other graphics using various tools and techniques.
  

• Select appropriate colors typography and layouts for each project.
  

• Test graphics across different media platforms to ensure consistency and quality.
  

• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics are polished and aligned with brand guidelines.
  

• Develop and design game assets including characters environments and user interfaces.
  

• Collaborate with game developers to integrate graphics seamlessly into the gameplay experience.
  

• Stay updated with the latest trends in game design and graphics technology to ensure cuttingedge designs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Design Computer Science or a related field.
  

• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your illustrations game assets and other graphics.
  

• Proficient in design software and technologies such as InDesign Illustrator Dream weaver and Photoshop.
  

• Experience with game design software and tools such as Unity Unreal Engine or similar.
  

• Strong understanding of game design principles and user experience (UX) in gaming.
  

• Keen eye for aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail.
  

• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
  

• Ability to work methodically manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.
