Hybrid WFH Senior Accountant - Balanced Financial

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. To qualify for this role a minimum of 4 years of Australian Taxation experience in a Public Practice firm is required.

• Salary range between 90k and 120k (inclusive of super).
• Bonus structure.
• Working Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office / 2 days at home).

Your Role:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for undertaking all production accounting activities including preparation review and analysis of financial statements and taxation requirements and delivering associated quality professional accounting outcomes.

Other things to know:

• A strong working knowledge of Xero is a must.
• Experience working with QuickBooks and MYOB is also desirable.
• Attend monthly company training and taxation training.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements.
• Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for SMSF.
• Knowledge of FBT Small business Concessions Non Commercial Loss Rules Div7A.
• Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for:
• Individuals.
• sole traders.
• Partnerships.
• Companies.
• Trusts.
