Technical Sales Executive

Job description:

The sales executive will:

• Be reporting to the Managing Director.
• Be based in Ho Chi Minh City (or less than 2 hours drive away)
• Be in charge of Customer Relationship Management with a portfolio of existing customers and prospects mainly Aqua feed companies but also some on livestock.
• Be responsible to develop new customers and extend sales of new products to existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand the business.
• Need to be able to develop strong relationship with our key customers
• Make sure his /her assigned customers portfolios are well informed about our product range with the support of the technical team.
• Prepare yearly/monthly forecast and targets
• Have a control of Receivables/outstanding
• Deliver to MD and sales and technical team key commercial feedback/commentary about market/pricing/competitors

Profile:

• Graduated from University of Agriculture with major related to Aquaculture or Animal Husbandry or Veterinarian sciences.
• Had a previous significant experience in the field of animal nutrition within veterinarian companies feed manufacturers or feed ingredients / additives suppliers.
• Strong communication persuasion and presentation skills
• Be able to communicate on commercial and technical topics related to animal husbandry in Vietnamese.
• Basic (at the least) English for reading and understanding technical documents.
• Interested in studying technical information related to animal nutrition.
• Goal oriented have initiative
• Have analytical skill and ability to propose quick and fast action
• Marketing knowledge
• Ability to be flexible
• A positive attitude
