Job Description
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints in both English and Arabic.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information and service requests in the system promptly.
- Prepare reports and summaries as required by the management.
- Communication:
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and other departments.
- Adapt communication style to meet the needs of diverse customers.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer service process.
