Wealth Planner For The Portuguese Market

Description de la mission
You will integrate our Wealth Planning team within the international life Legal Wealth Management and Product Development Department in Luxembourg and join a dynamic and enthusiastic team. Immediate office entry or entry upon common agreement.
Main duties and responsibilities :
Develop and manage clients needs and expectations providing tailormade solutions for Portuguese market.
Structuring the clients affair in the most efficient way.
Develop business wealth strategies and the planning challenges facing HNW clients.
Develop excellent working relationships with our commercial team in particular providing them with guidance on client cases and provide support to the development of business relationships.
Assess and give input to the viability of Wealth Planning solutions for clients.
Close interaction with internal clients (sales team marketing legal and back office) but also with external clients (brokers lawyers tax advisors banks etc). Be prepared to travel occasionally.
Monitor legal and tax changes.
Identify the impacts of the different regulations on our insurance activities in particular the sale of life insurance products in our freedom of services activity.
Managing the various phases of the development and launch of new products from start to finish. You will be responsible for the coordination between different multidisciplinary teams: legal actuarial IT operational and sales.
Maintain the portfolio of existing products and update their specificities as well as any relating formulars where necessary.
Participate in various projects related to regulatory and/or technical developments in the markets you may be working on.
Participate in the drafting of product presentation materials.
Participate actively in marketing events relating to Portugal organised by Baloise or its partners (webinars trainings and presentations etc).
Develop and update Portuguese products commercial tools and draft articles on a regular basis (dedicated magazines Companys website partners websites etc).

Profil recherch
University degree preferably at Masters level (Legal/Tax)
Experience of a minimum of 2 years any experience in the life insurance sector in Luxembourg is considered an asset.
Fluent Portuguese good knowledge in English. Any other language especially French is considered an asset.
Distinct analytic and conceptual understanding with editorial abilities for effective communication.
