As an Account Executive with our team you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with clients understanding their unique needs and delivering innovative staffing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the technology industry.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their hiring needs company culture and strategic goals.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech sector consistently expanding the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Consultative Selling:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing insights into industry trends talent market conditions and best practices in hiring.
- Present and negotiate staffing solutions that align with clients business objectives.
- Collaboration with the Recruitment Team:
- Work closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Provide clear and detailed job briefs to recruiters facilitating the successful placement of qualified candidates.
- Performance Metrics:
- Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined by the company.
- Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions sales activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably within the staffing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field is preferred
