Channel Development Head

• Lead the development and delivery of short and long-term strategies across channels, which optimizes profitability and sales revenue and achieves company, category and customer objectives and Egypt’s growth ambition.

• Develops a deep understanding of the macro environment which is leveraged to build shopper centric Customer plans which drive mutual growth. This includes an in-depth understanding of external trends, competitor and customers current and future needs.

• Leads the Digital Commerce Agenda by developing strong strategies for growth.

• Accountable for the delivery of the operating plan and shaping future targets/plans with full P&L responsibility and representing the channels in S&OP+ discussions.

• Drive the customer agenda, developing strong and influential relationships with key customers focused on delivering shopper, channel and category centric solutions which accelerate customer engagement.

• Influence key stakeholders, in particular marketing and Supply to ensure the needs of shoppers, trade partners and customers, are brought into functional strategic plans.
