Job Description
- Manage bookkeeping for The E-Commerce Group's office, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Oversee accounting activities related to The Group's e-commerce operations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and efficiency.
