Job Description
Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse Rehab Inpatient
Location: Lawton OK
Specialty: Rehab
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length:13 weeksAccepting Local and Travel Candidates
Pay Rate: Range $1800Local & $1980Travel weekly
Unit: Inpatient Rehab
Shift: 12 Hours; Days 6.45a 7.15p
Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed 3 shifts per week weekends/holidays as needed

Job Description:
- Provides all aspects of professional nursing care in assigned units (Inpatient Rehab)
- Develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment nursing diagnosis patient care plans.
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
- Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants children adolescents adults and geriatrics.
