About the Opportunity:

FedTec is looking to hire an Azure API Management Specialist for The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT) partnering with the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) to work on Workforce Digital Products MinnesotaWorks.net Replacement effort to build an MS Azure database backend and API integrations with legacy systems.

At a high level the Azure API Management Specialist will streamline API management processes within a tobeestablished Azure ecosystem. Their responsibilities include implementing API management solutions configuring API gateways establishing API policies for security and performance optimization and monitoring API usage to ensure efficient operation and identify potential areas for improvement.

Position: Azure API Management Specialist

Work Location: Remote

Client: Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED)

Primary Responsibilities

• 3 years experience on Azure API management
• Experience with designing API systems and management processes
• Experience with implementing API management solutions
• Experience with establishing API policies for security performance optimization and monitoring API usage
• Experience with integrating with legacy systems
