Build and manage a strong portfolio of key accounts within the assigned territory (Mumbai or Chennai).
Develop strategic account plans to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Negotiate and close contracts to maximize profitability.
Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring timely and successful project completion.
Conduct presentations and effectively communicate complex solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
Forecast and track key account metrics providing datadriven insights to internal teams.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling within existing accounts.
Prepare comprehensive reports on account status and sales activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven success in B2B sales preferably within the HVAC industry with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts exceeding sales targets of at least 6 Crore annually.
Strong understanding of capital equipment sales and the ability to identify and address customer needs.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.
Experience using CRM software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
BE/MTech degree in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering preferred; MBA a plus.
