Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM Business Analyst
Location: Edison NJ (Remote)
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
- Strong BA skills with focus on SNoW software hardware asset management
- Collaborate with other application teams and business teams schedulefacilitate meetings gather requirements drive analytics and update data as required
- Participation in defining requirements processes and procedures for asset management strategies
- Proven capabilities in developing IT Asset Management ITAM tools and conducting indepth inventory analysis to ensure compliance facilitate datadriven decisionmaking and optimize IT operations
- Experience in software asset management ideally the candidate should have a strong focus on software hardware asset management
- Responsible to work with business stakeholders to successfully manage and maintain the data integrity and completeness of the IT asset inventory
- Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains
- Strong executive communication skills exceptional writing skills Effective communication in written and verbal form
- Own functional specifications and serve as a functional expert with a deep understanding of business needs on product capabilities by defining business requirements performing quality assurance
