Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer
Location: Sacramento CA
Duration: Long term
Project Intro:
The objective of the CAPSDAC project is to develop and implement a solution that will enable the CDE to collect organize track monitor analyze and aggregate the CSPP data and conduct business operations electronically and effectively to implement current and future statutory mandates.
Mandatory Qualification:

- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study design and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
- Minimum of five (5) years working as a programmer/analyst in a .NET environment.
- Minimum of five (5) years planning developing and maintaining complex data systems.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience developing in a full Microsoft stack and MS Azure cloudbased architecture leveraging microservices.
- Possession of a bachelors degree in an ITrelated or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a yearforyear basis.

Desired Qualifications:
- Senior Software Engineer (SSE) Key Staff has experience expertise and/or certification in the following areas within the last ten (10) years:
- A minimum of two (2) years experience working as part of an Agile team.
