Procurement and Content Specialist -

• Source artificial flowers and event decor products from overseas suppliers.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to develop new products ensuring quality and costefficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms to optimize procurement processes.

Business Support:

• Assist in content creation for marketing materials and social media platforms.
• Engage with email lists to increase subscriber interaction and retention.
• Edit videos draft video scripts and write compelling emails to enhance engagement.
• Contribute to planning and coordinating inperson events ensuring smooth execution.

Platform Management:

• Utilize expertise in Shopify Kajabi and Wix to manage and optimize our online presence.
• Maintain product listings update content and manage customer interactions on these platforms.
• Monitor analytics and implement strategies to improve online sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 4 Proven experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Strong skills in content creation video editing and writing.
• Familiarity with any ecommerce platform and business tools is required. Shopify Kajabi and Wix are highly preferred tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
