Job Description

Computer Repair & Sales Senior Technician

Position Overview: As a Computer Repair & Sales Apprentice this senior role offers the opportunity to leverage your indepth knowledge of Apple hardware and software. You will lead the technical team in diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across Apple devices ensuring efficient and highquality repairs

Tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient repair procedures to optimise workflow and success rates
  • Train and mentor junior technicians cultivating their technical growth
  • Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to customers
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain a clean organised work environment
  • Curate captivating social media content for the company

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in computer repair (succeeding in a similar senior role would be beneficial)
  • Extensive knowledge of Apple hardware software and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate guide and develop a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer repair (preferably).
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a technical support role (preferably).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with motherboard/component repairs (preferably).
  • Confident spoken and written English
  • Candidates must be willing to travel between branch locations at times

Education:

  • Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) 2:1 Minimum related to Computing (or similar)
  • Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) AC Maths Computer Science Science Media; preferably*
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 94 Computer Science Media; preferably
