Job Description:

Primary skill should be IBM Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management)

o Design and build experience with Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management)

o Building and testing of calculations

o Data stores

o Presenter reports

o Portal Access

Working with business users to facilitate and compile test scripts test cases and overall testing plans.

Presenting solutions that are consistent with the architecture and the design of the ICM application.

Discover appropriate business requirements and design the solution using best in class techniques.

Demonstrate experience with analyzing data for forecasting incentive plan modeling software defect and root cause detection.

Practical handson experience with the following languages and frontend technologies: SQL Excel Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes.

Strong business communication skills (verbal and written).
