Job Description

About the role Responsible for the sales activities of Al Maha Service. The scope includes and not limited to, assisting with implementation of the sales strategy of Al Maha Services to influence walk-ins, corporate clients and internal divisions within QR Group to utilise Al Maha Services at HIA. Responsible for setting and achieving quantifiable targets as per departmental plans and objectives by following company’s and Al Maha Services guidelines and policies. Key accountabilities include: • Liaise with the Sales Manager Al Maha Services and Al Maha Services Operations Manager to review and assess products and services within respective area in order to enhance and improve existing services that will benefit customers. • Participate in the creation of the sales plan with the sales team by contributing positive ideas in order to assist in the development of strategic sales plans. • Undertake SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis of the existing products and services, competition analysis and strategies to boost sales in areas that are weak in an attempt to cease new opportunities. • Maintain and aim to increase a profitable share in passenger sales and services within Al Maha Services by providing suggestions and recommendations to the line manager on service improvement and development. • Propose to the line manager procedures and initiatives to ensure the “Al Maha Services” brand is known as a leader in meet and assist services and remain a name synonymous with world class service. • Collaborate with other stakeholder departments such as marketing, etc. to implement sales strategies in order to improve market share on all advertised products. • Interpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies within the operating budget, discuss issues and provide suggestions to the line manager and create a streamlined approach to implement approved suggestions. • Conduct daily/weekly sales calls with corporate clients and update them on new products and services in order to generate interest in QR, provide the line manager with updated reports and statics of sales pipeline and offers made. • Assist the Sales Manager in forecasting and budgeting revenue streams, including account for expenses that would bring results and an overall financial plan to support the sales strategy, provide information and assessment to the line manager in order to initiate this within the specified areas.
