Scrum Master

Role:
Its in the role of Scrum Master to lead teams ceremonies (Retro Review Planning and Daily) and increase the quality of the output pushing to get more and more automatic test procedures.
The Scrum Master will be the main point of contact with line managers and stakeholders highlighting dependencies as soon as possible removing obstacles and keeping the team moving.
The candidate is also requested to support the program preparing the Product Increment (PI) event every quarter and contributing to the entire program success.
Collaboration with other scrum masters is key to drive continuous program improvement in terms of productivity and delivery.

Essential requirements:

• Education as Software or Science engineer

• Scrum Master in Software context
• Knowledge of continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies
• Experiences with Azure DevOps Jira and Confluence

Meritorious:

• Developer in software environment.
• Experience with Automatic test
• Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Experience in writing endtoend tests
