Job Title: Security Project Manager Tbilisi Georgia

Riley Risk is seeking a highly qualified Security Project Manager to support a prominent international NGO in Tbilisi Georgia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment during a critical preelection period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive security management support for NGO operations including preelection assessment and longterm observer missions
- Conduct site advances and assessments
- Coordinate transport resources and journey management
- Develop and implement medical and security emergency response plans
- Create and maintain security documents including security plans SOPs and crisis response plans
- Provide security briefings to international staff and visitors
- Monitor security situations and provide regular updates and realtime threat alerts
- Liaise with local authorities and security contacts as needed
- Manage security incidents and support potential evacuation scenarios if required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management preferably in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of security practices in NGO or diplomatic settings
- Experience working in Georgia the Caucasus region or similar political environments is highly desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Georgian or Russian is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in highpressure situations
- Relevant degree in Security Management International Relations or related field
- Professional security certifications (e.g. CPP PSP) are advantageous
