• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of business needs with IT solutions
• Plan, monitor, and control projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of business solutions
• Create Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), and Software Requirements Specification (SRS) documents
• Manage the entire requirements life cycle, from elicitation to verification and validation
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
• Develop and deploy dashboards to collect data-backed insights and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Interpret key business data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making
• Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation plans as needed
