Assist in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities
- Implement the marketing, promotional activities for the BP, as per the agreed plans
- Coordinate on monthly basis with team & coach to identify possible marketing requirements and support for the growth of the brand
- Coordinate with the suppliers on daily basis regarding all marketing requirements ranging from giveaways, posters, brochures, media requirements, CRM, exposures, displays, etc.
- Coordinate with VM on monthly basis regarding prints, managing simulations of campaign changes and exposures
- Liaise with vendors to ensure production of POS material and marketing collateral in line with marketing objectives and agreed timelines
- Coordinate with VM and suppliers on cabin maintenance on weekly basis
- Replenish market with required VM materials such as PLV, dummies, risers, and visuals.
- Assist in PLV forecast with the brand on VM requirements.
- Assist line manager in collating data for reports on brand performance, marketing initiatives, customer mix, post activation reports after each campaign/ activity ,etc. as required
- Assist in collating competitors' activities vis a vis communication, pricing, packaging and planning
- Collect and maintain estimates & invoices with all vendors.
- Maintain effective working relations and contacts with key external parties, such as retailers.
- Update and maintain the marketing calendar for all promotional initiatives.
- Share social media assets with key retailers as per the agreed calendar and ensure implementation as per the guidelines.
- Work with the team on building a system for customer data to ensure a more accurate forecasting.
- Come up with innovative ways to delight our customers through the data collection.
- Come up and implement innovative ways to enhance the in-store customer service experience, especially during events and activations.
- Animate stores and beauty cabins during planned activations as per the brand guidelines.
- Regular survey the market to identify new opportunities for delighting the customers.
