Refers the case to individuals or entities concerned with providing services to them and follow up the case on the services referred to them in coordination with the relevant departments within the program.
Reviews and evaluates the intervention process with each case and makes the necessary adjustments to the intervention plan as needed.
Follow up and keeping the database of information and details of all cases and procedures updated periodically.
Receiving calls on helpline 110 for families and children when needed and providing service according to the procedures.
Maintains the confidentiality and privacy of the information accessed.
Prepares monthly and annual reports related to the post and submit them to the direct manager.
Documents all proceduresof the case, follow up, documents all files, records, and reports related to the job and updates them continuously.
Compliances with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Carry out any tasks or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work.
