Job Description
- Lead the quality governance function for design and development (D&D) projects across the organization.
- Establish quality metrics, benchmarks, and best practices to evaluate the quality and performance of D&D products and content.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality management frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
- Establish governance structures and processes to ensure consistent and effective quality assurance across projects.
