Job Description


  • Obtain recruitment requests and identify criteria.

  • Use job fairs, employment agencies, universities, and online platforms to find candidates.

  • Screen CVs, perform profiling tests, conduct interviews, and recommend employment.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and outcomes with departments.

  • Prepare and communicate job offers and maintain recruitment databases.

  • Represent the company in public events to attract talent.


Training & Development:


  • Analyze competency gaps and develop training plans.

  • Research and coordinate external and internal training.

  • Handle payments and evaluations for training providers.

  • Promote continuous learning and update training databases and HR systems.


Performance Management:


  • Facilitate annual competency appraisals and record results.

  • Analyze employee performance and suggest improvements.

  • Prepare and distribute appraisal forms and guide evaluation sessions.
