Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an RN Medical/Surgical. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Fort Defiance AZ 86504

Assignment Start Date: 7/15/2024

13 weeks Varied 12hour shift 36 hours guaranteed per week

• Job: Registered Nurse for MedSurg Unit (MSU) for adult geriatrics and pediatric patients.
• EXCELLENT Staffing Ratios: NonCovid: typically 4:1 max 5:1. Covid patients: typically 2:1 max 3:1.
• Setting: 20bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatrics

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• At least three (3) years of medsurg experience is required
• At least 1 year of pediatric experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients.

Licenses Certifications and Registration:

• A valid and current AZ RN license is required.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS are required
• PALS is preferred

EMR System: RPMS experience preferred

Shift: 12 hour shifts. The typical schedule is 36 hours one week 48 hours the next plus up to 1 oncall shift/week. Must be flexible and open to days nights weekends and holidays as needs may change. Maximum of two (2) Shift Call offs.

Orientation: on Mondays only If your traveler misses the compliance deadline they will be pushed to the following scheduled New Employee Orientation.

Traveler Policy: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced/competent in that setting or could be taskoriented such as answering call lights phones etc *
