Job Title: Executive Assistant LATAM
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

Overview:

The Executive Assistant will support the executive team by managing various administrative tasks ensuring schedules run smoothly communications are efficient and projects are executed successfully. The role requires strong organizational skills the ability to work independently and effective interaction with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing calendars coordinating meetings handling travel arrangements preparing reports and improving administrative processes to enhance productivity.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Assistant role is a highly organized and proactive individual with exceptional English communication skills and a proven track record in administrative support. They excel in managing schedules coordinating meetings handling travel arrangements and preparing reports and presentations. With strong interpersonal skills they can effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally they possess the ability to work independently maintain confidentiality and improve administrative processes to enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide highlevel administrative support to executives including managing calendars scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements prepare expense reports and organize events as needed.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation reports and presentations.
  • Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace) and the ability to learn new tools.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in managing and coordinating complex schedules and meetings.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Social media creation editing and development experience.
  • CRM data entry experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Techsavvy.
