About the opportunity:
Our client is growing faster than you can imagine. We just opened our 25th restaurant and are projected to have 50 open by the end of 2014! Were seeking fulltime restaurant managers with the need to succeed in an exciting environment like ours. Chief responsibilities of managers include motivating and coaching a talented hourly staff to deliver authentic experiences to our guests and upholding topnotch standards in food and beverage quality in a fastpaced highvolume atmosphere. Responsibilities also include other management tasks to ensure profitability and sound operations such as inventory control and maintaining a clean safe environment.
Typical Responsibilities:
Controls daytoday operations by scheduling labor ordering food and supplies and developing the restaurant team Ensures OSHA local health and safety codes and company safety and security policy are met Controls profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures maintaining inventory managing labor reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions Recruits interviews and hires team members conducts performance appraisals takes discipline action motivates and trains Ensures maintenance of equipment facility and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have high volume experience of at least $3.0 million or above
- You must have worked as a salaried Manager for at least 2 years
- You must be at least 21 years old
- You must have full flexibility with your schedule
- Good longevity in current and past positions
