Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta GA. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects across different departments ensuring successful planning execution and delivery within scope budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer (C&O) and Project Managers to gather and consolidate upgrade plans across portfolios.
- Work closely with portfolio leads to gather renewal dates for certificates by portfolio and draft the Keep the Lights On (KTLO) Plan.
- Develop a comprehensive Calendar of Event incorporating historical data and regular cadence activities.
- Facilitate reflection sessions by portfolio to identify lessons learned and gaps from activities.
- Lead the assessment of current process states and define future state processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Manage Holiday Readiness activities including the consolidation of existing playbooks drafting of a consolidated holiday readiness plan and coordination with Macys technology portfolios.
- Facilitate the development of roles and responsibilities for internal teams external vendors (MTech 3rd Parties) and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor process effectiveness identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience preferably in a technology or retail environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage crossfunctional teams effectively.
- Experience in process improvement and change management.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of retail operations and technology integration.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS and other compliance standards.
