Female Procurement Officer - HJH

1. Organizing demand planning based on all retail sales professional and club consumable items.

2. Raising purchase requests in the system for approval at the item level.

3. Negotiating and liaising with suppliers for better terms and tracking shipment details.

4. Raising purchase orders for approval at the item level including expiry and barcode details.

5. Organizing and coordinating with clearing agents for the receipt of stocks.

6. Crosschecking and verifying goods received notes (GRN) and promptly informing the supplier of any discrepancies in stocks.

7. Organizing costing sheets based on landed costs and freight charges.

8. Ensuring accurate stock reconciliation in the ERP system by comparing physical stock with system stock.

9. Maintaining a log book for tracking expiry dates damage and items given as free of charge to customers.

10. Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as necessary.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: Up to QAR5000.00 per month
