JOBSUMMARY The Clinical Reporting Analystis accountable for leading optimization of clinical dashboards foroutcomes driven metrics. Mine data and/or information to identifyinconsistencies, trends, or other clinically relevant date needed(eg. develop and/or run data queries). Work cross functionally andcollaborate across other teams and projects, including coordinatingresources across Information Systems, Operations, Vendor(s) and/orother system related functional resources required to implement andsupport IS projects at the enterpriselevel. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures the accuracyand comprehensiveness of the reports and data sources, and providessupport and training on reporting and related topics Assists with andexecutes project planning (including planning, organizing, andmanaging resources) and all phases of the project management lifecycle for a variety of initiatives related to clinical practiceinitiatives that bring about beneficial changes or addedvalue Actively responds toquestions and queries, work to reinforce best practices andmethods, and provides follow upsupport Works with internaland external sources to support enhanced automation of dataacquisition and reporting through EPIC and other clinical datasystems Manages multipletasks and projectssimultaneously Conduct, monitor andreport on analyses to identify practices that enhance the value ofcare provided by drilling into the components of care such aspatient flow, medical supplies and devices, pharmaceuticals,laboratory testing, nursing care, radiology testing, surgicalservices, therapyservices Assess theapplication of evidence-based clinical standards and clinicalreengineering processes and their impact on operations, quality,cost, and resourceutilization Identify bestpractices in the technical community and help to shape andimplement policies that enhance data quality, compliance andclinical operational users support. Activities would includeattending courses and researching articles & publicationsto engage feedback for clinical users of theEHR.Performs other dutiesasassigned
