Job Description
As the Learning Business Partner, you will program manage the Assurance learning portfolio in Oceania in line with regional & global priorities. This includes identifying learning needs, designing training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs. Working closely with the Assurance Learning Business Partner Leader, this role is responsible for:
- The review, design, and development of technical learning in Oceania
- Continuous improvement of the Oceania Assurance technical learning curriculum
- Strong stakeholder management skills to tailor learning offerings to meet business needs
- Working closely with Talent Development team to deliver priorities that are aligned to the Assurance strategy.
