Lead Content Designer

Your future team We're looking for a Lead Content Designer to join the Atlassian Intelligence (AI) Program Team. The Atlassian Intelligence Program involves both a centralized business and federated product delivery teams; with the mission of accelerating the next generation of AI features to our customers. You'll be the Content Design craft lead as part of the AI Leadership Team responsible for elevating AI content design experiences across the organization, working with product design teams and leadership to create and deliver a strategic design vision for next gen AI at Atlassian. Responsibilities • Lead the strategic vision and content design outcomes which provide a clear direction for our customer experiences across the AI landscape • Apply your systems thinking and ability to understand complex relationships between various products, channels, features to drive better content design outcomes • Have a strong skillset in content strategy, content operations and visual communications which enables you to communicate your work for influence and impact • Drive design reviews, design crits and be the content design craft leader to coach other designers to ensure consistent and cohesive AI experiences • Partner with leadership, stakeholders, cross-functional team members to create a unified content design view of AI capabilities across Atlassian • Drive content research to evaluate AI content patterns, and insights into language and approach • Lead design projects from creation to execution and be responsible tying back to customer value delivery and outcomes • Identify success metrics ensuring design solutions continue to deliver customer value • Identify content design opportunities to enhance our products and accelerate AI and search experiences at Atlassian • Collaborate with some of the industry's smartest (and nicest) people. You'll work with Engineers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Researchers, Marketing Experts, and Analysts to advocate for the user experience in our products and ship high-quality work
