Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement the fit for purpose HR Technology to carry out and manage HR processes and activities.
- Develop, implement and carry out continuous improvement for Company HR strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term goals.
- Document, develop, implement and deploy HR Rules, Policies & Processes.
- Develop and implement HR development programs to support and help achieve company’s business objectives.
- Setup dynamic and supportive recruitment process, payroll administration system and employee performance evaluation system.
- Maintain, update and inform the Operation Organization Structure across the Asset functions and defines the roles and responsibilities.
