• Planning and Coordination: Planning and coordinating all aspects of Workforce transportation for the Amaala. Develop and implement transportation plans to efficiently move workforce to and from various locations, considering and including “job” assignments, design and implement shuttle services, route planning, vehicle allocation, driver assignments, and scheduling.
• Resource Management: Manage the fleet of vehicles (Bus, vans, buggies and bikes), drivers, and equipment required for the project, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet the demand.
• Communication and Collaboration: Must maintain communication and collaborate with various internal (Mobility) and external stakeholders, including DMC, Hotel Operators and Red Sea departments, to ensure alignment of goals and smooth execution of workforce transportation services.
