Senior Accountant

Altamea as a specialized recruitment firm is currently working with a highend Luxembourg company domiciliation and fund administration service provider located in Luxembourg.

Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant (M/F/D).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the accounting and administration of Luxembourg Real Estate and Private Equity structures;
• Responsible for the daytoday accounting matters of your clients;
• Prepare monthly quarterly semiannual and annual accounts or adhoc reports;
• Act as the contact point for your clients and coordinate with external parties (tax and legal advisors AIFM auditor bank).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of similar experience working with Real Estate/Private Equity structures;
• Familiarity with Luxembourg generally accepted accounting principles (including fund accounting and consolidation; knowledge in IFRS and INREV is highly appreciated knowledge in US GAAP will be considered an asset);
• Graduate/BAC3 in accounting finance or similar;
• Fluency in English (knowledge of German and/or French will be considered an asset);
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software;
• Strong financial/accounting and analytical skills;
• Dynamic with excellent communication skills and a real team spirit.
