Job Description
Job Title: General RN
Location: Augusta GA 30901
Duration: 1 Year or Full time (options for 26 weeks contract)
Shift: Options for 8 / 10 / 12 hours (40 Hours week)
Start date: August 2024
Job description:
- The RN will utilize broadbased clinical knowledge to effectively assess implement health promotion and prevention interventions evaluate patient/resident response to actual or potential health problems and provide supportive measures for dying patient/resident and their significant others.
- Maintain patient/resident confidentiality and a safe patient/resident care environment including familiarity with requirements such as medication administration patient/resident/family education discharge process restraint usage hazardous waste disposal etc.
- Assess and act on significant changes in the patients/residents health condition
- Carry out the plan of care by performing/assigning delegated tasks
- Collect and document pertinent data into the electronic patient/resident medical record
Education: BSN / ASN
License: Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
Certifications: BLS ACLS
Experience: Min 3 years of RN experience.
