Role: Payroll Manager

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

• The project is multiple countries transferring/implementing ADP payroll.
• Austria Luxembourg Switzerland & Italy implementing ADP Celergo
• The resource will be primarily assigned to the Celergo countries.

BRM Role:

• IT Business Relationship Manager
• Relationship management with business partner in payroll and ADP to understand payroll process and technical requirements.
• Manage integration requirements for ADP Celergo (workday and nonworkday integrations)
• Manage Workday configuration requirements that are relevant to payroll integration (PECI payroll calendars org structures )
• Relationship management with IT build leads and development during Design Development and SIT
• SIT Leader responsible for test plan test cases and execution.
• Partner with Payroll on UAT and Parallel test execution and tracking of test results and defects.
• Partner with Payroll on Cutover Planning and execution.
• Implementation or management of employeebased integrations (examples HRIS benefits payroll Time & attendance)
• A successful candidate can share experience where they had the lead role with employeebased integrations.
• IT project experience ( Requirements Management Documentation UAT Test cases and execution Deployment and Cutover Planning)
• Payroll implementation projects HRIS to Payroll Integrations and Payroll to General Ledger preferred.
