PHP Web Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Web Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining web applications ensuring high performance and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development testing and maintenance of web applications using PHP and related technologies.
Architect and implement robust scalable and secure backend solutions.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
Write clean welldocumented and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly.
Conduct code reviews to maintain highquality code standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical leadership and support.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are current.
Work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure all applications adhere to industry best practices and standards.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:
68 years of professional experience in PHP web development.
Proven experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel Symfony or CodeIgniter.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in PHP HTML CSS JavaScript and AJAX.
Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular Vue.js) is a plus.
Extensive experience with SQL and database management systems such as MySQL PostgreSQL or MariaDB.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Understanding of web security best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plus.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools is a plus.
