Job Title : Guidewire BillingCenter Lead

We are looking for a Guidewire BillingCenter Lead to oversee and manage the customer interface on a daily basis for our project. In this role they will be responsible for proactively addressing any issues before they escalate creating functional and technical specification documents and ensuring adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs. They will track open tickets/incidents allocate tasks to team members and ensure the timely closure of tickets.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Guidewire BillingCenter Developer or similar role.
• Experience in managing customer interactions and handling project escalations.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire BillingCenter functionalities and configurations.
• Proficiency in creating functional and technical documentation.
• Ability to lead a team and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
• Lead the customer interface for the project addressing issues proactively.
• Create functional and technical specification documents.
• Track open tickets/incidents and allocate them to resources ensuring timely closure.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement within the delivery team for efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Software Quality Processes.
• Manage project timelines effectively.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
