We are looking for an ETL Informatica Tech Lead with a strong background in healthcare data management. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in advanced SQL data profiling and sourcetotarget mapping. They will also be adept at navigating and understanding code ensuring seamless integration and transformation of data within our healthcare data systems.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in data warehousing ETL processes and advanced SQL.
• Experience with data profiling sourcetotarget mapping and data quality assurance.
• Experience with additional ETL tools and technologies.
• Strong background in healthcare data systems particularly with FACETS.
• Proficiency with NETEZZA and other data warehousing tools.
• Ability to read understand and navigate existing codebase.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Design develop and maintain ETL processes to support data warehousing initiatives.
• Perform data profiling and develop sourcetotarget mappings to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize advanced SQL for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
• Navigate and understand existing code to troubleshoot and enhance ETL processes.
• Work with healthcare data systems particularly FACETS to integrate and manage data.
• Utilize NETEZZA for data warehousing solutions and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
