Job Description
Qualifucation : BE/ B.Tech Instrumentation
Experience 3 to 4 years
Preparation of material takeoff for instrumentation work.
Preparation of work permit with all supporting documents & Follow PTW
Procedure.
Assigned work to team Crewe and handle all the activities.
Check the performance of all instrument in UNIT.
Replacing the Accessories of Valve & Positioners.
Calibration Stroke check of all the control valve OnOff valve ESD Valves
Overhauling Calibration and Stroke Checks for different types of Control
Valves ONOFF Valves Pneumatic& Electronic Positioner.
Troubleshooting Maintenance of all types of Electronics Smart Instruments for
Level Temperature Pressure and Flow Transmitter Limit Switch & Proximity
Switches during the startup activities.
Perform all the job as advised by Supervisor and gave daily production reports.

Skilled at performing and documenting completion of maintenance
calibration installation fault finding and repair of electronic and pneumatic
instruments and systems.
Knowledge of caring out instrument fill support for interlock testing C&E testing
and field support for dynamic equipment run.
Planning and effectuating predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for
various equipment to increase machine uptime & equipment reliability
