Job Title: Lead Analyst

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Conduct highlevel analyses to identify business opportunities trends and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of analytical projects ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with senior management stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected and used for analysis including overseeing data collection methodologies and data quality assurance.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team and the broader organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Data Science or a related field.
• Experience in a senior analyst role with a focus on data analysis business intelligence or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of analysts.
• Extensive experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g. SQL Excel Tableau Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
